Former USGS Geologist says next earthquake will hit Pacific Northwest

Jim Berkland, the former USGS Geologist who predicted the 1989 San Francisco earthquake, says there is a high probability that the Pacific Northwest will be hit this month by a major earthquake.  Berkland cites the March 19th supermoon, high tides, spring equinox and latest sealife deaths as earthquake risk factors, and March 19th-26th as a possible window.
